How do I choose my size?

Our pieces are true to size. Check the size guide for chest, length and waist measurements in centimetres and inches. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one for a relaxed fit.

What are your clothes made of?

The exact fibre content of every piece is listed on its product page under Fabric & care.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within [1–3] business days and delivered within [X–X] business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Full details on our shipping page.

Will I pay import duties?

No. For the United States and the United Kingdom, duties are included in the price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. See Returns & Exchanges.

How do I care for knitwear?

Hand wash cold or use a wool cycle, then dry flat. Never tumble dry. Fold rather than hang to keep the shape.
