How to start a return:
Email us at info@lareformee.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@lareformee.com.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at info@lareformee.com.
Return shipping:
